Vendor Assist Services in Due Diligence
- Assisting in preparing historic financial and tax information for Due Diligence for the defined review period as per the requirement of DD Agency
- Performing pre-analysis of accounts and records at a broader level to identify any material inconsistencies in account, reporting or compliances.
- Advising Management on relevant and suitable changes required in accounting systems, financial reporting and regularizing compliances in case of defaults
- Liasoning with DD Agency for the deliverables required
- Attending queries and questions from DD Agency and providing reply in consultation with Management
- Assisting Management in reviewing Draft and Final Due Diligence Report
- Assisting Management in meetings with Investors for information required and replying to their questions
